What We Believe
It's simple! We believe the most important aspect of childcare is creating a safe and loving environment. Education and learning will always develop secondly to children feeling secure, seen, and deeply cared for.
We believe every child has a unique way of learning, and we’re here to support each child’s growth so they can reach every peak in development.

Who We Are
The Pace Family
Chris and Mallory relocated to Colorado in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the community they now call home. As parents of two young children, they understand firsthand the importance of a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for early childhood development. After more than a year of searching for the perfect location, they proudly established Little Peaks Learning Center. Throughout this journey, they have been supported by experienced consultants, Omar and Christy Suner—owners of the successful Tiny Hearts Academy with three locations in the Denver metro area—whose guidance is helping them bring their vision to life.
Mallory is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who has been supporting children and their families for many years. With a passion for communication, connection, and play-based learning, she helps kids find their voice and confidence. Outside the classroom, Mallory runs a youth soccer program, where she brings the same energy, encouragement, and teamwork to every practice.
Reflecting on her journey, Mallory shares, “When my daughter was one, we toured our first daycare. After hearing that children wouldn’t be held or comforted when they were upset because they need to learn how to self soothe, I immediately knew it wasn’t the right place for us. A child needs nothing more than to be loved and comforted, especially when having big feelings. So, I went to the car, cried my eyes out and I made the decision in that moment to work part-time so I could spend more time at home with my children. I ended up working part time and nannying for wonderful families for 4 years. From that experience, I knew I wanted to start a daycare that truly comforts and supports both children and their families.”
Chris is a retired Air Force pilot with a master’s degree in business, bringing discipline, leadership, and a steady calm to everything he does. He now serves as a full-time firefighter, dedicating his days to protecting others and giving back to the place he calls home. With a servant’s heart for both his country and his community, Chris is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for children and families.
